     The essence of our philosophy is to provide a service to our community that comes from a loving heart. From the humble beginnings of Loving Home Care, to the organization that it has become today, Hawa has been with us every step of the way. Her shining spirit is a blessing on those who are cared for by her and her positive energy is a testament of her principles. 

   At Loving Home Care, love is our strength, and Hawa is a perfect example of that attitude. She not only cares for clientele, but mentor's new caregivers to instill these principles in others. Thank you Hawa for all of your hard work over the years and for providing the loving home care that we envision for all!

Age Well Vermont

     The Older Americans Act​ was created in 1965 to establish services that deliver social and nutritional value to the aging population. It called on local organizations to develop a system for community services across the country and in 1974, the state designated Age Well as a leading advocate.

    Age Well is a non-profit organization that helps aging Vermonter's access resources such as food, transportation, housing, long-term care, insurance, and counseling. Their extensive network of volunteers serves more than 10,000 individuals a year and have delivered more than 250,000 meals.

   Age Well operates a confidential helpline at 1(800) 642-5119 that provides information and assistance on programs that are available to the community. These programs include home health and in-home services.
